Rodea, that is not a container, unless it is a container on a trailer on a traincar. That is what is known as a 'piggy-back'.

Bobby, a RoadRailer is a trailer specially adapted to be used with special 'bogies'. These go under the rear of the trailer. There is a special hitch on the front and back, so the front of the trailer is actually supported by the trailer in front of it and not by the bogie. There is a special adapter bogie on the front of the first one and a different one one the last one for connection to the rest of the train. Amtrak used these on passenger cars, most likely for mail and packages as they were easy to drop and add at any point on the route.
