    Hello and Happy New Year!

Here is my first repaint or my Fallen Flag Railcar Series.
    First Up:Lehigh Valley Coal Car.

This car and all the following cars and locomotives will be set as building blocks. The zip contains the FPK file,XMLfile, read me file with a little information and a small picture.

This series is numbered in order so this first car will have the running numbers of 001 on it. The next will have 002 and so on.

Just to give you a bit of instruction.......

When you have the car in NifSkope, back it away a bit and shift it to an angle. Then do a screen shot of it. Load this into GIMP, or whatever you use, and adjust the size so you can get it into a 512 x 512 shot. Save this as a JPG and post it to the forum along with the upload. This is how I do my BB shots. If you are interested, I use LawnGreen for the background color. All of this and the way I do the BBs tends to give a bit of uniformity to an otherwise vastly confused game....... !hairpull! !*00*! :dummie: !*00*! !hairpull!

    !$th_u$!

Right now I'm learning the blender program so I can create a boxcar to match the coal cars.

To keep folks up to date on my progress...I made a boxcar and thought I could do a better job with it so I started over. This time I'm starting with a gondola. I started with the default goods car. Made it longer and a bit thinner. I'm in the process of adding ribs around the car. Here is a pic...

What the car is going to haul is up in the air at this point. I'd like to see Gravel or Bauxite but it can be any bulk load. Once this car is done I'm heading back into Blender to make a boxcar.

Boxcar or gondola? I'm going to be making 5 of each. The only roads that I have on my list at this time are a Reading boxcar and a Erie Lackawanna gondola. All others are still open. Make suggestions and I'll add them to my list.

    Updated picture...
