Bobby's Railroads Forum Rules & Terms of Use:
* 1 ) While debating and discussion is fine, we will not tolerate rudeness, insulting posts, personal attacks or purposeless inflammatory posts. Our decision is final in these matters.
* 2 ) Please refrain from posting meaningless threads, one word (or short) non-sense posts, or the such.
* 3 ) Please do not post a thread using CAPS for the subject to attract attention, it is considered to be shouting and rude. Bobby's Railroads Forum staff may use CAPS for important announcements.
* 4 ) Multiple or repeated posting in order to increase your post count is not allowed.
* 5 ) Advertising, spamming and trolling is not allowed. This includes using the forum email and Private message system to spam other members.
* 6 ) Please wait a reasonable amount of time before bumping posts.
* 7 ) We also do not allow posts or avatars that are sexual, political, race-oriented, religious in nature or violate Bobby's Railroads Forum community standards. Bobby's Railroads Forum staff shall be the sole arbitrators of what does and what does not violate community standards.
* 8 ) Discussion of illegal activities such as tips for software and music piracy and other intellectual property violations are not allowed.
* 9 ) Each member is allowed only ONE login account. Registering with multiple accounts is not allowed.
* 10) We reserve the right to remove and ban these Accounts without notice.
* 11 ) We reserve the right to remove offensive posts, Personal Messages and links without notice.
* 12 ) Also, while these rules cover most common situations, they cannot anticipate everything. Consequently we reserve the right to take any actions we deem appropriate to ensure these forums are not disrupted or abused in any way.
* 13 ) We also reserve the right to ban anyone who willfully violates the forum rules, as access to our forums are a privilege and not a right.
* 14 ) Any threads/posts or Personal Messages of these types will be deleted.
* 15 ) Bans will occur by user, if a user has been banned and creates a new account under a new name with a new email address and gets found out, even if the user is no longer violating the TOU, the user in question will be banned without warning, there will be no discussion or correspondence regarding the banning decision.
* 16 ) A user may not post a message on the Bobby's Railroads Forum on behalf of a banned user.
* 17 ) Posting in the wrong location multiple times consistently will result in a warning. We all make mistakes but doing so consistently is not on. Consistently will generally mean 3 or more times in a row.
* 18 ) Please do not continually ask for content to be released or posts like "Where do I get that...". Once or twice is acceptable but more than that becomes annoying and will result in a warning.
* 19 ) Use the search function before posting new threads looking for answers. If you cannot find what your looking for, then post a new thread.
* 20 ) These rules may be revised from time to time. Members are responsible for periodically reviewing these rules to ensure compliance. If you have any questions about any particular rule(s) email any one of our moderators or the owners of this board. Forum rules & guidelines are not up for debate. This is not a democracy but rather a private forum and NOT a public forum. Anyone openly debating the rules we have set in place will be removed. If you do not accept the rules, then simply do not register and visit this site.
* 21) Once you Post anything on this Forum it then becomes available for everyone/anyone to use. If you do not want others to use what you have posted, then do not post it.
* 22) By registering on this website and posting unsolicited advertisements or Links of any sort, you waive all rights to privacy and legal recourse and agree that your details may be used in order to prevent spam, in any means that we feel appropriate, including the submission of your details to third party affiliates and databases.
* 23 )If the E-mail address used to create an Account Is from another Website's E-Mail Address(This Includes Business E-mail Accounts), or University/school E-Mail Account, And/or a Mobile Phone it Will be removed and you will have to register again using a Genuine E-mail account that was provided to you by your Internet Provider.
* 24 )Free E-mail accounts Require you to contact the Administrator with your reason to be allowed to use Said Free Account. Any other Website's E-Mail Address(This Includes Business E-mail Accounts), or University/School Account, Mobile Phones E-mail Addresses are Allowed at all and will be deleted immediately upon discovery.
* 25) All New Members Are placed into the Newly Registered Users Group. You Are Required to make a few POSTS to be updated to the Register Users Group and to be able to Have full Access to what a Fully Registered User has.
* 26)Inactive Members In this Newly Registered Users Group Will without any notice to them have their Accounts Deleted, and then they will have to Register over again and become an active member. This Forum is not here just to use to get Items from it and not be active, It is here for you to become an Active Member and to make contributions to it to help others and yourself if you have any Problems arise.
* 27)Personal Messages Will be deleted at the end of Each Month.
So save any files or text that you want.
